• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
• OCCASIONALLY INVENTORY ITEMS ARE LISTED THAT MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR SALE - WE TRY TO AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS BUT OUR WEBSITE IS NOT ERROR FREE.
• Buyer prepays in U.S. dollars with either a money order, personal check, bank wire or PayPal by Checking Account. THESE ARE THE ONLY PAYMENT OPTIONS WE OFFER. We accept your personal checks with the understanding that the merchandise is shipped after the check clears.
• Buyer pays shipping and handling costs, which is determined by your location. We ship International by Global Express Mail WITH INSURANCE ONLY. We insure ALL international shipments for their full amount and this may result in duty.
• Florida residents add 6% sales tax, except for Numismatic Items.
• After you're notified of the total amount due, payment is then expected within 3 business days.
• Shipment will normally be made within 2 business days of receipt of payment.
• We do not accept returns unless there is a gross misrepresentation in our description. All Sales Final.
• Please ask all questions before you make a bid. Our Corporate headquarters operates Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm EST. (Phone calls are handled during this time only.)
• In order to send you the merchandise in the best possible way we charge a packaging and handling fee on all orders. The fee is $3.00 per item. This applies to all purchases. If you do not abide by this fee, please do not bid. .

• $50.00 and under: $6.00
• $50.01 to $100.00: $7.00
• $100.01 to $200.00: $8.00
• $200.01 to $300.00: $9.00
• $300.01 to $500.00: $10.00
• Over $500.00: Please Inquire (UPS insures $100 for free and charges $0.35 cents for each additional $100)

NOTE: Shipments outside of the U.S. are shipped registered (add $8.00 for Canada and foreign addresses) at the buyers own risk.

The Estate Dept. has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. When you place an order, we collect contact information (like your shipping and email address) and financial information (like your account or credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers, and to get in touch with the customer when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. Customers also have the option of ordering products over the telephone or fax, and may elect to pay by check.

Use of Information:

The Estate Dept. will not collect any personally identifying information except when specifically and knowingly provided by visitors to our site. Such information includes name, address, email address, and phone number. we do not sell or share any information about our users on the individual customer level. At times, we may share aggregate, or summary, statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors. However, this information will never include any personally identifying information.
